Good Clients Vs. Bad Clients

Prior to my last blog I wanted to right this blog first but I had to change everything in last blog. So as I have many clients in my freelance work of web designing. I wanted to share with you the way people give you respect which touches your heart and those who fills your heart with talks and buttering and in the end you wanna shut the door up on their faces. You might read about the bad client’s entry below this blog before reading this.
Good clients : I have a Client who has network of businesses in Pakistan and he has contacts everywhere but given so much power and such a aged person this client of mine always treat and greet me very well. Even after his work he had given me dinner at the best restaurants in Islamabad. And whenever he wants a thing to be updated on his site he calls me up and tells me what I need and besides that I talk to him despite me m 24 yrs old and that person over 60. The person always admires me saying ‘Sir, I really enjoy your company. Ur very honest and hard working’. now money isn’t only thing that concerns me that I should put this client under the heading of good client but his mouth of word from other people whom he refer too speaks how much he appreciate me. Even he is so keen that he said I want to name you under my company board of directors I think he has plans for me to get married within his family too
Bad Client: We meet different people in everyday life and some people you regret that weren’t to be meet if u want to know what I am talking about read my blog prior to this named ‘Bad clients’ now . I would say the line always use to hear ‘never do business in family’ or family members relatives to be more precise. The reason I tell you.

1. They don’t regard your time. they think if you say yes your always there property
2. They don’t pay you for your services that include. the gas, the hours spend
3. They never speak their hearts for you. They always pretend you’re good to get their work done when done they would say ‘u didn’t do good job’.
4. They will come running for you if they think your useful for them but when you need help they say ‘I’ll look into it’ 
5. speaking of word of mouth they always say good to you on your faces but when they meet someone they will say like they owe you like ‘oh he will do it for free or less charges etc.’
6. They are never keen with you

Maybe for people who have experience like I have they will agree to what I have said is right. At least this gives me an edge to say ‘I don’t wanna work for people in relatives’

Bad Clients

I don’t know what to name this blog so I guess ‘Client abuse ‘ will be ok. I wanted to tell the world how in world clients and people exist. If you are a reader of my blogs. You have known I am a freelance small time web designer. Recently I have done 2 projects and I don’t want to disclose their name but one project is someone within family and the other is his friend. So whenever they wanted to have a thing updated on their websites they ask me like they owe me, lie I have nothing else to do than their work. And despite of how long I go to their offices in car the a**holes wouldn’t even ask you a glass of water. I don’t know why people think if someone is underage he is a donkey we can fuck him the way we want and etc. these things like updating and editing web pages and websites require charges. And they don’t even bother and who is to blame the person who introduced me to me. He is same like them I think people make friends on their mentality level. He also uses to make me sit for hours and hour and updating his website and whenever I use to ask for his help in case of money. The answer I’ll try I gave him chances again and again but now I given up doing work for relatives or charity. Just because if you don’t speak out doesn’t mean you’re a donkey or you have lots of money that u don’t need to ask. I guess everything happen for a reason and my reason was that I always thought my relatives to be good but infect they turned out to be cold and God wanted to show me how you think the world is and how really the world is. And this isn’t a blog based on few days’ experiences but on experiences of nearly 2 years

<I just wish Pakistan had some laws to bring down people who do human rights violation.

Help me deciding company name

hey all, i m looking forwrad to have a Human Resource website like monster, bayt, yahoo hot jobs etc for which i can’t think of any names. one of my friend is helping me but i still need help. i want you to help me decide a catchy and unique name. if i like the name. that person will be offered reward in form of money from my first project. so reply or comment on this post to help me out.

The Website project of JOB N JOB Ltd.

I did a website project for a Human Resoruce website named JOB N JOB also called jobNjob. i did it as a free lance. it was quite fun. it was a favour to a friend as the guy who runs the company is my relative so i did it for free do visit JOBNJOB and let me know how it is. i did it back in septemeber 07. you must be asking why blog about it now well i wanted to let people know the value of my work and what i did, despite someone else take credit for my free work as i have seen people take credit saying they had get it done for 10,000 Rs. etc.i was pretty ok with the fact that i did the website and let it go but what can you say about people you working with can step on u and deoesn’t uphold your spirit and reward you for your work. i have seen that if you work for money you get respect and work. when you do it for free and do yes sir, sir, yes. you don’t get sit.

Pakistan Goes DST

For the very first time Pakistani clocks has jumped one hour forward, making Pakistan for the first time in history of Pakistan adopting Daytime saving. the idea behind it is simple to start early, and consume as much as daylight possible but i question remains in back of my mind. will the intense round the clock low shedding will stop or continue well for now it haven’t stopped and we are forced to live in miserable condition. we got no lights. from the following time 7am-8am, 10am-11am, 2pm-3pm, 6pm-7pm, 11pm-00:00

Prophet Muhammad Cartoons reprinted (WTF)

Surely the guy who is one of 12 people created the the cartoon of our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) IS A NUT AND ONLY PUNISHABLE BY DEATH.Adding more gas to the fire the company of news abbreviated ‘JD’ has reprinted the cartoons. how is it they can they can be so dumb after such a violence happened back in 2005 on this cartoon. are they seeking people to kill them? or was it a mistake. i was reading the article that the one of 12 cartoonist named ‘Kurt Westergaard’ told media in a statment or did the company who printed it in following words

“Kurt Westergaard’s cartoon depicting the prophet wearing a bomb turban with a lit fuse attracted particular attention. What the cartoonist wanted to say with his cartoon was that many people exploit the prophet to legitimize terror. However, the cartoon was widely seen as a depiction of the prophet as a terrorist.“

why is it that everyone wanna play god in defining the religion they even don’t know about. i blame the fucking terrorist for leading this ma to draw cartoon like these. i wish all terrorist who kill on the name of ISLAM and ALLAH, burn to ground along with there families. secondly mthis guy not needed to do this i mean who think he is to give a image of what ISLAM is? does he know ISLAM? does he knows what ISLAM stands for or anything about ISLAM? the answer is NO! all he knows that ISLAM is a religion who like to blow up non Muslims, (Definition courtesy of fucking terrorist) i say burn these terrorist who have taken the ISLAM and made it look bad, burn them,kill them and hang them to street lights so everyone knows that, what happens if they blow up innocent people/ non Muslim. who gave them permission to do this? who have told them to go around in market for non Muslim and blow them? certainly not ISLAM, coz no way on earth ISLAM or QURAN teaches to kill innocent non Muslims. the only thing that can recreate the image of ISLAM right infront of the worl, what truly ISLAM stands for is to eliminate these terrorist coz ISLAM teaches equality and all men and women are equal, no matter what cast, what color or vice versa.

We have lost a great lady!

When she returned to Pakistan. i wasn’t happy. not happy in a sense that she was coming towards to her death and that what happened on 27 December’s 2007. Benazir Bhutto died in a assassination attempt. May her soul rest in peace. she could have been saved f she took care of herself and didn’t do rally she might have lived. when i watch her interviews she use to talk so bold and authentic. she was a bold lady and a honest one. She was one in a million in Pakistan but Pakistani or either these terrorist can’t leave someone who is good for the nation alone. this country needed her so much and now with her no longer between us we have no idea whats going to happen to Pakistan. the Pakistan is now on a dead end. who know what might happen. maybe sindh will break apart from Pakistan or they will have a civil fight. all i know with Benazir Bhutto assassination i think Pakistan is no longer safe. May God help us!

Resorting Backup in Vista made in xp!

Lets  face it people who don;t have any option to buy a original windows suffer coz of our retailers. and to put it more to the pain of customer Microsoft has small software to validate your windows if they are original or not. if not you cant download particular softwares which are only available from Microsoft website. e.g take the backup made in windows xp is in no way getting restored in windows vista unless u have a software called ntbackup from Microsoft website which require you to validate. again the problem occur for people who don’t have a original version of XP. so i m here writting you people blog to make things easy for you. before u decide to move on Vista and make a backup from XP backup utility make sure to copy 3 tiny but power file to your flash drive or floppy(whatever it is) coz if not when you move on vista its goodbye backup restoring coz vista don’t understand XP backup files. so before you format your windows xp make sure you copy three files from you windows folder on your pc. just go to your my computer and open drive c. usually windows are located under c drive and click on windows folder. right click it and click search. this will open a new window of search. Search for file named ‘ntbackup’,'vssapi.dll’,'ntmsapi.dll’ search those files separately making sure u dont put the comma’s around them like i showed u click that file and don’t cut it,copy them to ur flash or floppy drive. make sure u copy those 3 files. now u can backup your data and feel free coz ur backup is safe.

When your done  installing Vista go to location where you save above files and choose ntbackup.exe and you in control restoring your backup. if u encounter any problem lemme know. enjoy!
